“Together, we go faster and further, if we have the conversations that count.”
My Mission
Making complex and emotional conversations easier and more effective for individuals, teams, organizations, and communities, for more cohesion and performance, that is, transformative change.
My convictions :
I have always seen companies as a vehicle for both individual and collective transformation. We can blame businesses for the deterioration of our natural and social environment. However, I believe reality is more complex, and that companies—at least most of them—are essential to transforming social relationships and our relationship with the environment. For example, it is through businesses that sociocratic governance was introduced.
Key competencies :
– Individual: Becoming more aware of who you are to be more yourself or who you want to be in high-stakes situations.
– Relational (Groups, Teams, or Two People): Transforming conflict or avoidance into stronger connections, fluidity, and performance.
– Team : Turn your team’s critical moments (pressure, disagreements, resistance, decisions) into powerful levers for cohesion and performance.
– Design and Facilitation of Leadership Programs and Seminars.
– Collective Decision-Making: For high-stakes decisions, accessing collective intelligence while converging towards concrete commitments that are effectively implemented.
– Cultural Transformation (Initiation and Support): Becoming more aware of organizational culture to act both in real time and over the long term, developing a culture that fosters cohesion and performance.
– Assessments and hiring conversations : change the future by having the hiring and onboarding conversations that count with your candidates
– Business Coaching: Finance, marketing, sales, business model, operations, recruitment — “Questions and focus driven by the core principles of business.”
My background :
I started my career in manufacturing in a multinational company as factory floor manager. I went as an expatriate in Australia. I worked in sales, marketing and mergers.
Then I’ve been helping leaders business owners grow their business and their team.
I’m doing 121 coaching and leadership programs with teams.
Over the years I specialized in a systemic approach to facilitate individual as well as collective and organisational transformations. I have also specialized in collective decision making, fast, creative and relevant collective decision making.
My approach :
“Unveiling the invisible dynamics that hinder your Leadership and Team, unlocking the key to transformative change.”
I help you access hidden yet critical information essential for navigating and evolving the situation you are facing, within yourself or within your team or other stakeholders.
Going beyond the known—whether at an individual level (e.g., what is paralyzing you in decision-making, or what will enable you to adopt a new behavior or way of being), at team level (e.g., what will transform this conflict, those power dynamics, or this decision-making process), or within the broader system.
