Ross Nichols served 26 years in the British Army. He mentors and coaches business owners, directors, and professionals for: business; leadership; career; wellness; and cancer. He mentors other coaches for professional credentials with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
As a supportive member of the ICF, Ross helped to create the ICF competency framework for mentor-coaching, launched in Oct 2024. He is an ICF approved coach educator and is part of the team writing the Body of Knowledge for the coaching profession. He is a contributing author to the Institute of Directors’ Growing Business Handbook on: Coaching and Mentoring; Leadership for Performance; and Authentic Leadership for Growth. He is the author of 3 e-books for coaches: Business Start-up Tips for Coaches; Insights for the Coaching Journey; and Coaching the Human.
