I am an active contributor as a transformational, Executive, and team coach, I involve myself in training, facilitation, coaching, and consulting services: leadership development, human resource, assessment and development centers, measuring human resources, and organizational efficiency and alignment. I write (I have authored over 300 articles on the topic over the years) and speak with passion about leadership and our mission to lead people with purpose and scope.

With a portfolio developed in over 30 years of coaching, training, and consulting practice, and a devoted passion for people, learning, and self-development, I am humble to continue to grow as a person and a professional.

I provide mentor coaching support for fellow coaches looking for their professional development and ACC or PCC Credentialing. I act also as a supervisor for coaches and leaders who look for professional development in a personal and confidential environment.
