I work with individuals, leaders, and couples who want space to slow down, think clearly, and move forward with greater confidence and connection.

My coaching is calm, reflective, and practical. I help people navigate change, strengthen communication, and work through complexity — whether that’s in leadership, relationships, or personal transitions. Clients often come to me when things aren’t “broken,” but something feels stuck, strained, or unclear.

With over 20 years’ experience working alongside senior leaders and teams in complex organisational environments, my coaching is informed by real-world leadership and change experience, alongside professional coaching training. I bring a human-centred, relational approach, creating space for honest conversation, deeper understanding, and sustainable change.

I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and an Organisation & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), and I work with clients who value thoughtful reflection, psychological safety, and meaningful progress.
