Kristen Coakley - Leadership Coach

Dedicated leadership coach specialising in leadership, team, and transition coaching with over 20 years experience working with global leaders and organisations. As a Canadian expatriate, I have lived and worked as a corporate leader, business owner, and talent management consultant in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. With a background in Occupational Psychology and a passion for helping leaders manage change successfully, my coaching style combines positive psychology, coaching best practices, and a holistic approach.

I believe that embracing change can create the most influential leaders. I work closely with professionals to partner with them in being proactive, purposeful, and ambitious about taking the next steps in their careers. I work with new leaders to adapt to their management responsibilities, find new practices to help them succeed, and create confidence that they can generate impact without sacrificing their work-life balance or burnout. I also work with leadership teams to develop stronger communication, integration, and understanding and leverage strengths to create high-performance teams.

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a certified team and executive coach, and accredited in various personality and impact psychometrics. I hold a Master’s in Psychology, am a BPS-accredited psychometric test professional, and am a British Psychological Society graduate member. I am the Co-Chair of the Middle East regional leadership team for the Association of Coaching and the Co-President of the Ellevate Network’s Dubai leadership team.
