Hello! I am Pascale Brady and I am The Challenge Coach

As The Challenge Coach, I help my clients transform their challenges into growth and success through powerful coaching as well as mentoring, consulting, training and speaking.
In coaching, I guide executives and managers individually or as part of groups or teams to successfully master their challenges and effectively resolve problems by encouraging courageous growth, respectful communication, and meaningful conversations. With a keen awareness of each client’s bottom line, I draw upon vast corporate experience to productively lead executives and managers to realize better performance.
My fearless, energetic, and enthusiastic style of coaching is wrapped in deep human compassion, which has helped my clients plow through obstacles to reach a more fulfilled, balanced and therefore happier life and work. I became The Challenge Coach because I have been, and still am, a challenged human. We’ve all heard the saying “what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger”. It’s definitely been true for me. And I want to help make it true for you as well.
